the keystone project
Since 2018
As a Singaporean MBA at the INSEAD Asia Campus in 2002, Founder of Keystone, Low Jeng-tek was embarrassed that his fellow MBAs, guests in his country, generally had poor experiences staying in condominiums. The challenges were many — Unresponsive agents, poorly furnished apartments, difficult relationships with landlords and condo security were common. On top of that, many were worried about not getting their security deposit back.
Meanwhile, he has been building The Homestead Group into a respected Real Estate specialist in Heritage Properties. Mr. Low vowed to solve the problem and provide the visiting INSEAD MBAs with a good living experience in Singapore.
In 2018, The Homestead Group found the opportunity and launched The Keystone, an enclave of 20 Heritage former British Military Terraced Houses exclusively at Holland Village. The project has been a success from Day 1.
The Keystone always has two INSEAD Promotions living at Keystone, so students need not only build stronger bonds with their own Promotion and the Keystone community but get to build tighter bonds with the neighbouring Promotion as well.
Beyond new friendship bonds, romantic relationships abound as well. The Keystone had the honor to hold a couple’s solemnization right at our townhouse. This only goes to show that the Keystone has become an integral part of our residents' lives in their time here.
Beyond its services, The Keystone aims to create unforgettable memories and strong bonds within its community, turning every stay at The Keystone into an unforgettable memory.
