I stayed in Keystone for 2 months during my summer break at INSEAD and absolutely loved my stay! Here are my biggest advantages of Keystone:
1. Location: 3 minutes walk to the MRT, Bus Stop, Pharmacy, 24-hour grocery store.
2. Rental timeframe: There are only a handful of places that are not hotels that can provide accommodation for a 2-month or 4-month stay in Singapore. Keystone is one of them.
3. Maintenance and Utilities: These are taken care of by Keystone, so we don't need to worry about setting up our electricity & water accounts, wifi accounts, cleaning the house etc
4. Fully furnished house: We have access to all furniture including utensils to cook, washer/dryer, patio furniture
5. Support team: There's a dedicated rockstar team that fixes issues and answers questions within a day. Special shoutout to Roselle who was so resourceful and easy to reach out to for check-in and check-out formalities as well as day-to-day concerns.
Think of Keystone as a place with the advantages of a hotel, rent of a house, and comfort of a home.

Stayed here for 8 months and really enjoyed it. The position is great (Holland Village is an excellent neighborhood and it only takes 15 minutes to reach INSEAD), the houses have everything you need and are good value for money, and the Keystone staff (e.g. Roselle) are helpful. Would recommend.

Keystone has been a great experience from the moment I arrived in Singapore. From the box of essentials waiting for you on arrival, to the Keystone dinners, to the end of period garden party Keystone helped us organise the whole experience has really created a feeling of 'home' and of a Keystone community.

My 4.5 months of experience with Keystone has been amazing. They are always very supportive and responsive whenever I need assistance. Holland Village is a much nicer area than Heritage/Dover. It is quite and convenient with many good restaurants and bars in proximity. Can't be happier with Keystone!

It has been an amazing experience dealing with Keystone. Most hassle free accommodation choice. It is more like a hotel apartment with all facilities taken care of. Since the units are houses with backyard, it really adds to a homely feeling. All rooms are decorated with great aesthetics and well managed. The team is very professional and easy to interact with.

Houses are located in quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. We hear birds singing every morning. In addition, houses are located close to the metro station. Apartments are fully equipped. You do not have to care about buying kitchen utensils, organizing internet access, finding cleansers – Keystone has already taken care about all these. Houses are spacious, there is a garden where you can have a rest, make a barbecue or organize a meeting with friends. Our neighbours are INSEAD students which helps to build our community. The Keystone is very helpful, they react immediately when any problem occurs. What is more they provided us with very useful welcome kit and organized parties for example welcome drinks or Chinese New Year Party. We highly recommend Keystone in Singapore :)

The experience at Keystone was fantastic! I'd highly recommend it to any INSEADer. Having lived and worked in Singapore prior to INSEAD, I was nervous about returning from Fontainebleau, knowing that the Singapore rental system is not very accommodating of short term leases or adaptive to the INSEAD periods. Keystone was the perfect solution - no hassles with dodgy agents, worries about signing a longer term lease and cancelling early / finding a replacement, or being caught out with no deposit return / damage charges. In complete contrast, the Keystone team are so dedicated to building a caring community, and creating a fantastic experience. They went out of their way to welcome us to Singapore, put on special events for us throughout our time, and respond to every request to make our stay more comfortable. A lot of care has been put in to building the Keystone homes and thinking through all the needs to the tenants - it really shows in the resident experience. Plus, Holland Village is so convenient – an easy air-conditioned MRT ride to campus, and great food & café options nearby. By far the best, most convenient location to be and very fairly priced for the market. A special thanks to fabulous Keystone team for all their hard work and kindness!
