INSEAD MIM
1. Reservations made by MIMs will be considered confirmed upon payment of the Security Deposit (SD) of S$1,700 for the duration of their booking.
2. Period Rental Payment: The first period’s (Period 4) rent will be collected one month from your official start of stay date at The Keystone. The second period’s rent will be collected 2 weeks before the start of Period 5.
3. Twin-Sharing: Twin-sharing booking is only offered for Standard Room and Balcony Rooms.
To be eligible for twin-sharing booking, bookings must be made for both beds in a single application.
4. Occupancy Limits: Each Keystone Townhouse may only be occupied by a maximum of 6 residents (excluding visitors) at any time. Occupancy limits continue to apply with the full house booking. As such, in the case of the combination of twin-sharing and single-rooms, the townhouse should only have a maximum of 6 residents (excluding visitors) at any time.
5. TAXES Value-added taxes (or similar taxes) such as the Goods and Services Tax at the prevailing rate may apply and shall be borne by the student.
